PIGMEU

This restaurant has just become one of my favorites ... and I will explain why ...
The space is quite simple but at the same time welcoming. Very professional service and a family! They aren't constantly coming to the table to see if everything is "ok". I loved it. When the dishes are served they ask if everything is in order and if you want something else, and since they serve, mainly, snacks, occasionally go to the table to take the empty plates... The service is really really good.



Regarding the food (which is what really matters) ... as I already said it is a snacks home, so my suggestion is to choose several snacks and share among all.


For starters we choose the braised pork cheek croquettes and the "sharks" pork ... here's another tip! since they have all this snacks... ask if they have a secret dish (one that is not in the menu)! this time was the escabeche Piglet ... that is to die and cry for more (simply perfect).

As mains... the scrag sandwich (although good, was not surprised), sandwich of smoked ham (delicious combination of flavors ... on point) and slow coked pork belly (and this dish was without doubt the star - the meat was so tender that it melted) ...  the fries were the dish that I least liked ! I prefer when they are extremely thin.


For desserts ... and following the theme of the restaurant! chocolate mousse with crispy ham!
